Around this same time last year, I had the golden opportunity to review the latest entry in the Mafia series by good ol Hangar 13. You see, Mafia: The Old Country was arguably one of the best the series had to offer in terms of storytelling since the first two games. And while the game suffered notably from performance issues and the like, it still managed to outweigh those conundrums to give me an absolute cinema-like experience.
