Naruto Uzumaki became the Jinchuriki of Kurama in the very first release of the Naruto manga on September 21, 1999, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #43. Since then, Naruto has come a long way. Not only did he gain full mastery over the powers of Kurama, but he also received Six Paths powers from Hagoromo Otsutsuki.
