Obey Me Asmodeus Voice Actor Miura Ayme Removed From Role
NTT Solmare and the development team behind the Obey Me games and projects announced that they removed the Asmodeus voice actor Miura Ayme from the game and multimedia series following inappropriate behavior involving an underage fan. The companies shared one statement on social media going over the situation, confirming recasting plans, and apologizing and a second that further explained the decision.
The initial announcement confirmed Miura Ayme will no longer be the Asmodeus voice actor for Obey Me as a result of an investigation confirming he interacted with an underage individual. In the statement, NTT Solmare noted, “We have confirmed that private contact took place between Miura Ayme and a fan believed to be under the age of 18 at the time, which crossed the professional boundaries expected of our cast members. No sexual conduct was confirmed.” It then noted this involves all projects, including the upcoming PC game Obey Me! Sinner’s Choice: Lucifer. That visual novel is expected to launch on Steam in 2026. It also committed to keeping players in the loop during the recasting process. The follow-up statement went over how they will continue to include Asmodeus in stories, apologized, and generally called for kindness, respect, and support for everyone involved in the fandom.
There are three active Obey Me mobile games now on Android and iOS devices. There’s the original one, Obey Me: Nightbringer, and Obey Me: Till Death Do Us Part. There is an anime adaptation streaming on Crunchyroll. Seven Seas handled the localization of the official manga series, with three volumes available in English. The upcoming PC game is an otome game focusing judging the eldest brother Lucifer and determining his fate after spending a “week” with him.
