All across the Palpagos Islands, you'll meet new Pals that can help you do great things–from fighting powerful bosses to maintaining and guarding your base. These Pals don't need much, but they have basic needs like you. They'll need to eat, some more often than others, and not all regions have a steady supply of berries right outside.
