Infinity Ward got support from Digital Legends.
Call of Duty is making its return to Nintendo platforms after 13 years this October, and Activision has revealed the developer who helped with the Switch 2 version of Modern Warfare 4.
Infinity Ward called on Activision's partners at Digital Legends. The Spanish-based studio, which started out as a mobile developer, was acquired by the company in 2021 and has been assigned to multiple Call of Duty titles since then, including Black Ops 6, 7 and Warzone. It's now credited as having helped develop the Switch 2 build.
