While exploring the new region of Iron Forest in Stalker 2: Cost of Hope DLC, players will hear someone saying "Alpha, Tango, Delta, Victor" on the radio near the Kurin base. Following the radio transmission will lead players into a derelict building infested with rats and a dead body lying next to a safe. Players will need to decipher the safe code from the Alpha, Tango, Delta, Victor transmission in Stalker 2: Cost of Hope.
