The Bear detector is one of the best tools players can use for artifact hunting early in STALKER 2, and you can get one as soon as you leave the Lesser Zone by heading to the Concrete Forest POI in the Cement Factory region. There's a maintenance room with an underground entrance hatch on the northeastern perimeter of the Concrete Forest, and if you explore the mutant-infested underbelly of this facility in STALKER 2, you'll find a stash containing a Bear detector and a bunch of other useful items.
