When you boot up a turn-based RPG for the first time, you know you will be seeing that title screen for the next couple of weeks or even months. We want to spend 50 hours exploring the world, perfecting our party's builds, and defeating every optional boss possible. However, the longest turn-based RPGs go well beyond the norm and become a true challenge for those brave enough to embark on a completionist run.
