It's been roughly 16 months since The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered launched on PS5, and the open world revival still runs poorly on Sony's system.
Although a couple of post-release updates did smooth performance to some extent, it remains a noticeably choppy game, plagued by frame rate issues and hitching as it loads assets.
