Returning to Palworld 1.0 after months away can feel somewhat familiar at first. The opening area looks recognizable, the first few Pals are still waiting to be caught, and the basic gameplay loop hasn't changed. But after a few hours, it becomes obvious that Palworld 1.0 is a very different game from the early access version many players remember.
