The Mk17 (otherwise known as the SCAR-H) is an assault rifle that players can find in the Flor de Oro province in Ghost Recon Wildlands. This gun is inside MOB Jaguar, one of the main bases belonging to Unidad forces. MOB Jaguar is well-protected by electronic gates, snipers, soldiers, and a SAM launcher that prevents helicopters from getting too close to its airspace. Despite that, players can get the Mk17 in Ghost Recon Wildlandsfairly early on, but it'll require a bit of prepping.
