The Sinking City 2 release countdown: Exact date and time
Lovecraftian-horror title The Sinking City 2 is coming soon to PC and consoles worldwide, and we won’t need to wait for long. Developed by Frogwares, The Sinking City 2 is direct sequel to the first title that launched in 2019.
Before we get to explore the horrors and secrets of Arkham in the 1920s, let’s find out when the game goes live.
The Sinking City 2 release countdown
The Sinking City 2 goes live worldwide on Tuesday, Aug. 18, but there’s an advanced access available. The following countdown will expire once the advanced access goes live.

This is applicable if you either opt for the Standard Edition or the Deluxe Edition. You can also find extra goodies with the Deluxe and Premium Editions that aren’t available with the Standard.
The Sinking City 2 takes you on a dark tale set in the 1920s Arkham that has been taken over by a supernatural flood. Every district has its unique challenge waiting for you as you manage your inventory and solve different puzzles to advance on your adventure.
To rescue the love of your life, you’ll need to embrace the catastrophe to locate the source of the flood. You’ll face some fearsome foes along the way that have been faithfully recreated from the tales of Lovecraft.
While the game doesn’t have a demo to try out, you can wishlist it on Steam to stay on top of the upcoming launch.
