Black Clover's ending came at an unexpected moment, following Yuki Tabata’s rushed conclusion with the release of the final batch of chapters 390, 391, and 392 on May 1, 2026. Despite the story wrapping up the main battles of the last arc, quite a few of the important plot points were left unaddressed after the final chapter. Because of the rushed ending, the vast majority of us readers still had many unanswered questions. Luckily, a lot of those questions were finally addressed in the August 4 release of Tabata's brand-new guidebook, Perfect Grimoire.
