Final Fantasy Resonance Receives Vision Trailers

Square Enix has been releasing a set of trailers for Final Fantasy Resonance. The videos each introduce one of the game’s visions, which are crystallised essences of legendary heroes. These include heroes from across the Final Fantasy series, which are the subject of the videos. These vision can be equipped to a party member, letting them use the magic and abilities of the vision’s hero.

Final Fantasy Resonance is a turn-based RPG based on the first story arc of mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. It follows Rain, commander of the airship squadron in Grandshelt, the Kingdom of Knights, which is blessed by the power of crystals. He receives a royal decree to investigate the waning barrier of the Earth Shrine, where he encounters a mysterious man who shatters the Earth Crystal. After returning to a Grandshelt under attack by the man and managing to rescue the king, he sets out on a journey to try and protect the remaining crystals. Final Fantasy Resonance is set to release for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 22, 2026.
