Sunken Door is a Class III Anomaly in NTE. You can track the Anomaly, and it will take you to the center of Teardrop Lake. Stay still there, and the mirror gate will unlock and transport your character to the boss fight against the Mirror Wraith. Beat the boss to complete the Sunken Door Anomaly Commission in Neverness to Everness.
