Over its almost 30-year history, the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime franchise has introduced a plethora of compelling and memorable villains whose powers and greed put the entire universe in danger. Despite the series being based around the concept of a spiritual card game, the team behind the various shows found a way to make its villains a credible threat by granting them powers beyond human imagination.
